Falynn Venegas is an award-winning real estate advisor who has worked in the housing industry since 2006. As an agent with a previous career in lending, her unique expertise and work ethic ensure success for her clients. Her concierge approach includes using her own staging company and a customized marketing plan to help exceed expectations. Her business has been built on referrals and repeat clients. She is a Sacramento-area listing expert and assists clients with varied real estate needs throughout Northern California, including Rocklin, Roseville and Loomis.

After buying her first home, Falynn knew her desire to help people and her skills in communication and educating clients would go far as a real estate agent. Within two years of getting her license, she was awarded Master’s Club status for her high production.

“My first listing needed to sell her home for more than what the current model homes were selling,” she shares. “I decided to use my own furniture to beautifully stage the home and optimize the experience for potential buyers. We received multiple offers that were higher than the seller expected. It was so rewarding that my family and I created Redefine Designs Home Staging and now stage all my listings and stage for other agents as well.”

Falynn and her husband live in Lincoln, where they raised two daughters. For fun, they love going to the beach, traveling and spending time together going to concerts.
